Technip Zimmer has received 4 new contracts for the delivery of technology, engineering and supply of equipment from major clients in Asia for the production of polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT). The new projects will bring the total plant capacity engineered by Technip Zimmer GmbH, Frankfurt/Germany, one of the leading engineering companies for the polymer industry, to 457,000 tons annually and clearly underline Zimmer’s leading position for polycondensation plants for biodegradable polymers.
